Rethinking Emotional Eating

In this guided, five-session program, participants will deepen their understanding of why emotional eating happens and how the cycle is maintained. Together, we’ll uncover the triggers that lead to urges around food and draw from evidence-based practices in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to learn practical skills to manage cravings, navigate difficult emotions, and replace old habits with more supportive coping strategies.
