We provide non-judgmental, evidence-based therapy for adults seeking support around weight and metabolic health, their relationship with food, and lifestyle change. Our approach integrates behavioral science, psychology, and empathy to help clients build sustainable change.

Group programming.
Group programs offer a supportive and structured environment to strengthen the behavioral and psychological foundations for long-term weight management. Each group combines education, practical skills, and peer connection to address common challenges experienced during and after weight loss. An initial consultation with Dr. Newman is required prior to registration.

Consultation.
Consultation and training for healthcare professionals on topics such as: weight bias reduction and compassionate communication, integration of behavioral weight management strategies into primary and specialty care, screening and referral pathway design for psychological concerns. Pricing.
We invite you to schedule a complimentary telehealth 15-minute consultation with us where we will discuss your concerns, what to expect with treatment and how we can help!

$0 for a 15-minute telehealth individual consultation.

$275 for a 50-minute individual evaluation first session.

$250 for a 50-minute individual therapy session.

$55 for a 50-minute group therapy session. Please note that we typically offer and bill for groups in 5- and 8-week sessions. A $100 refundable deposit, applied towards the total session fee, is required to hold your space in the group. The amount remaining will be charged following the first group visit.
$275 for a 50-minute group therapy 5-week session.
$440 for a 50-minute group therapy 8-week session.
$100 deposit refundable until 1 week prior to group start.

Consultation services are available at a rate of $250 per hour. This includes time dedicated to assessment, discussion, and written recommendations when applicable. Consultations are not billable to insurance.
Our practice operates as an out-of-network provider. This means we do not bill insurance directly; however, we accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide a superbill (an insurance-specific receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
